The work
- Start with 18"×18" photographs of real wool rug samples
- Balance lighting (remove gradients and uneven exposure)
- Make edges seamless for perfect tiling
- Standardize knot/grain size across all swatches
- Output 2048×2048 seamless textures
Tools: Photoshop, Substance Designer, or equivalent. Understanding of texture synthesis/quilting techniques is ideal.
We have 12 swatches ready now, scaling to 300-500 over time. Freelance, remote, batch delivery.
