We are seeking an SDLC & IDE Integrations Engineer to build deep integrations between our platform and the tools engineering teams use every day. You will develop integrations with source control systems, issue trackers, CI/CD platforms, and IDE environments, enabling AI-powered workflows that feel native within existing developer ecosystems.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building developer tools, API integrations, real-time event systems, and production-grade platform integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop integrations with source control, issue-tracking, and CI/CD platforms.
- Build and maintain IDE extensions, plugins, and developer productivity applications.
- Implement robust authentication, synchronization, and real-time event handling infrastructure.
- Integrate with third-party APIs and SDKs using OAuth, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
- Handle production-scale API challenges such as rate limits, pagination, retries, and data synchronization.
- Develop reliable backend services in Python to support integrations and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver seamless developer experiences inside existing workflows.
- Troubleshoot and optimize integrations for performance, reliability, and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of software engineering experience.




- Robust proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Experience building backend services using Python.
- Proven experience integrating with real-world third-party APIs and SDKs.
- Strong understanding of OAuth authentication, webhooks, rate limiting, pagination, and event-driven integrations.
- Experience building or extending IDE extensions, plugins, applications, or platform integrations in production environments.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently in a quick-paced engineering environment.

Preferred Skills

- Direct experience building extensions or applications for major developer-tool platforms.
- Frontend development experience using React or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of Git workflows and CI/CD systems.
- Experience building developer productivity tools or engineering platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and scalable backend architectures.
