#Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies

#Experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives

#Proven ability to coach teams, remove blockers, and improve Agile maturity





#Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

#Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools

#Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills

Preferred

#Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master certification

#Experience managing distributed/global Agile teams
