Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize organic synthesis routes for API's using chemical research techniques.

- Conduct crystallization experiments to purify compounds and improve their quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues during process development and scale-up production.

- Develop and maintain documentation of experimental procedures, results, and conclusions.

Job Requirements :

- 2-12 years of experience in active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing or related field.

- Solid understanding of organic chemistry principles, including synthesis, purification, and characterization methods.

- Experience with multi-step synthesis processes, process development, and optimization is required.
