Aera Gas Control Systems Pvt. Ltd. is an IATF 16949 certified automotive component manufacturer specializing in pneumatic, hydraulic and electro-mechanical control systems. We supply engineered solutions to leading OEMs and Tier-1 automotive customers.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Supply Chain Management (SCM) to strengthen our Supply Chain team.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Planning & Dispatch
- Receive and manage customer schedules.
- Prepare daily and weekly dispatch plans.
- Coordinate with production to ensure timely dispatches.
- Monitor pending deliveries and customer commitments.
- Ensure excellent On-Time Delivery (OTD).
Material Planning & Supplier Coordination
- Plan material requirements based on customer demand.
- Release supplier schedules and monitor deliveries.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely material availability.
- Maintain shortage reports and proactively resolve supply risks.
- Ensure uninterrupted production through effective planning.
Stores & Inventory Management
- Maintain inventory accuracy in ERP.
- Ensure proper receipt, storage and issue of materials.
- Conduct cycle counting and stock verification.
- Monitor slow-moving, excess and obsolete inventory.
- Maintain FIFO and traceability.
- Customer Schedule Reports
- Shortage Reports
- Open Purchase Order Reports
- Inventory Reports
- Dispatch Reports
Participate in daily production and SCM review meetings.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
- Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering can also apply.
- 0-3 years of experience in:

- Experience in Automotive / Auto Component industry preferred.
- Exposure to ERP/MRP systems preferred.
- Solid MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
- Experience in customer schedule management and supplier coordination will be an added advantage.
