We are looking for an experienced SCM Head to lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain operations for a reputed hospital. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the hospital or healthcare industry and possess strong expertise in procurement, inventory management, vendor management, logistics, and supply chain optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete supply chain function for the hospital.

- Develop and implement effective procurement and inventory management strategies.

- Ensure uninterrupted availability of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and equipment.

- Monitor stock levels and optimize inventory to minimize wastage and shortages.

- Manage vendor selection, negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluation.

- Ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

- Coordinate with various hospital departments to understand material requirements.

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.

- Prepare supply chain reports, budgets, and MIS for management review.

- Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives across the supply chain.





- Lead and mentor the SCM team to achieve operational excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

- 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management.

- Mandatory experience in the Hospital/Healthcare industry.

- Qualification in SCM (Any Degree/MBA/Diploma in Supply Chain Management).

- Willingness to relocate to Durgapur, West Bengal.
