We are looking for a compassionate, student-focused, and experienced School Counsellor to support the emotional, social, behavioural, and academic well-being of students. The candidate will work closely with students, parents, teachers, and school leadership to create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students.

- Support students with emotional, behavioural, academic, and social concerns.

- Identify students requiring special attention and recommend appropriate interventions.

- Conduct career guidance and subject selection counselling for secondary and senior secondary students.

- Work closely with teachers to address classroom behavioural issues.





- Conduct awareness programmes on mental health, stress management, bullying prevention, cyber safety, life skills, and adolescent education.

- Maintain confidential counselling records and documentation.

- Organize parent counselling sessions and workshops.

- Coordinate with external psychologists or specialists whenever required.

- Support students during examinations by providing stress-management guidance.

- Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines related to student well-being and counselling.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
