Role & responsibilities

- Monitor real-time SCADA dashboards covering all field stations Intake, MCWR, CWR, and OHT infrastructure.

- Execute remote control commands for pumps, valves, and actuators in accordance with approved SOPs.

- Verify and log all remote control actions with timestamp and authorization confirmation.

- Identify deviations in flow, pressure, level, and quality parameters and initiate escalation immediately.

- Perform basic RTU/PLC fault identification and communicate technical details to field engineers

- Monitor Digital Twin dashboard for predictive alerts, anomaly flags, and asset health scores generated by the simulation engine.

Candidate Preferred Profile

- Diploma / B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, BCA, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Environmental Engineering

- 2+ years in a SCADA / control room / operations monitoring role or water utility automation

- Proficiency in SCADA/HMI operation; MS Office; data entry systems.

- Willingness to work rotational 247 shifts including nights and holidays
