SAP TM

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Overall experience 15+ Year as tech / solution architect with leadership skills
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture
- TMS implementations exp (e.g., OTM, SAP TM, Blue Yonder) will be positive to have
- Understand business requirements and perform gap analysis, solution design, and mapping to TMS capabilities
- Define architecture, integration strategy, and data flows across ERP, WMS, and external logistics systems
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Drive solution design workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards
- Lead solution lifecycle (design → build → test → deploy → stabilize)
- Provide technical leadership and guidance during implementation
- Identify optimization opportunities for transport planning, freight optimization, and carrier management
- Set up and run architecture COE and lead architecture governance for client
- Define target architecture / Patterns
- Ensure consistent application of defined architectures across various programs – covering various vendors / SIs
- Call out interdependencies early
- Coordinate with Enterprise Architects of client
- Advocacy on best practices, best adopted EA blueprints ( app, data, middleware etc.)
- Knowing intg patterns will be a plus
- Cloud background (FinOPs, Saas) will be good

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and grow business across assigned territories.
- Identify and acquire new customers through B2B, B2C, Channel, Retail, and Project Sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer, dealer, and channel partner relationships.
- Generate and follow up on leads from multiple sources.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and customer support.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and sales forecasts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Organize product training sessions and stakeholder engagement programs.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Education

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
