About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC & PMGM Consultant with 7–10 years of overall SAP SuccessFactors experience and robust expertise in Employee Central (EC) and Performance & Goal Management (PMGM). The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end implementations, support engagements, client-facing consulting, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and participate in SAP SuccessFactors EC and PMGM implementation projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy Employee Central and PMGM solutions.
- Conduct workshops and solution demonstrations with business stakeholders.
- Configure workflows, business rules, MDF objects, foundation objects, and security roles within Employee Central.
- Configure Goal Plans, Performance Forms, Route Maps, Calibration, and Continuous Performance Management features.
- Support integrations between EC, PMGM, and other SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on integrations and custom developments.
- Execute system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production deployment activities.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Ensure solutions align with SAP SuccessFactors best practices and client business requirements.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience





- 7–10 years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Employee Central (EC).
- Solid hands-on experience in Performance & Goal Management (PMGM).
- Experience in at least 3–5 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
- Expertise in:
- Employee Central configuration
- Business Rules
- Workflows
- Foundation Objects and MDF Objects
- Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Goal Plans and Performance Forms
- Route Maps and Performance Processes
- Experience with data migration and data validation activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
- Experience working in global and multi-country environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
- SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management Certification.
- Experience with Compensation, Succession, Recruiting, or Learning modules.
- Knowledge of Integration Center, APIs, and middleware platforms.
- Experience in Agile project delivery methodologies.
