Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Analytics Consultant with 8–10 years of overall experience and strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Analytics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing analytics and reporting solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem, enabling data-driven HR decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain analytics and reporting solutions using SAP SuccessFactors.

Build and manage People Analytics, Story Reports, Report Center, and Workforce Analytics.

Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and dashboard solutions.

Develop HR dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports to support business decisions.

Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver high-quality analytical solutions.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across SuccessFactors reporting.

Optimize reporting performance and troubleshoot analytics-related issues.





Collaborate with cross-functional teams during implementation and enhancement projects.

Prepare documentation, conduct knowledge transfer sessions, and support end users.

Required Skills

8–10 years of overall SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Analytics.

Hands-on experience with:

SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics

Story Reports

Report Center

Workforce Analytics

Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) data model.

Experience in creating complex reports, dashboards, and HR analytics.

Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.

Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is an added advantage.

Knowledge of SuccessFactors integrations and HR reporting best practices.

Experience working in global implementation or support projects.
