We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant to design, configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking, Time Sheet, Attendance, Absence Management, and Employee Central Time Management solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and support end-to-end project implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirement-gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions, including:

- Time Off

- Time Sheet

- Time Tracking

- Work Schedules

- Holiday Calendars

- Absence Management

- Attendance Recording




- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices.
- Configure business rules, workflows, and approvals.

- Integrate Time Management with

- Employee Central

- Payroll (SAP ECC/ECP)
- Third-party time systems
- Execute unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
- Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation.
- Support data migration and cutover activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support.
- Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors releases and current functionalities.
