Job Summary:

Manage defined workstreams within GCC strategy and digital transformation engagements, taking responsibility for structuring the approach, shaping the analysis, and delivering high-quality outputs within agreed timelines
Take ownership of specific solution modules – guiding analysts, reviewing outputs, and ensuring coherence across deliverables at the workstream level
Prepare client presentations, workshop materials, and proposal sections independently, contributing actively to client discussions and working sessions
Develop business cases,



cost analyses, value realization frameworks, and supporting models for GCC setup and digital strategy assignments
Apply a technology and business perspective across GCC processes, IT governance design, KPI and maturity frameworks, and emerging areas such as AI-enabled transformation
Contribute to business development efforts through research, pitch preparation, and proposal development

Roles & Responsibilities:

GCC Strategy and Setup: lead analysis of BOT/ABO setup models, location and sourcing strategy, GCC tooling landscape assessment, capability maturity evaluation, and process taxonomy design for recent GCC entities
Cost Analysis and Value Realization: develop detailed cost models covering setup costs, run-rate costs, and total cost of ownership for GCC and technology transformation scenarios; build value realization frameworks that track benefit delivery against investment over time, incorporati
