What would you do? The Learning & Development Manager (CL7) is responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving learning strategies that enhance workforce capability, leadership readiness,



and organizational performance. The role partners closely with business leaders, HR, and global learning teams to deliver impactful learning interventions aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements in Australia.

What are we looking for?

16+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development roles
Proven experience managing enterprise-scale learning programs
Prior experience working with global or regional stakeholders preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or related field
Post-graduate qualification or certification in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or HR is desirable
Solid expertise in learning strategy, instructional design, and adult learning principles
Experience with digital learning platforms, LMS/LXP, and virtual facilitation tools
Stakeholder management and consultative skills
