As a Quality Engineering Lead, We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Tester with robust expertise in Python or Robot Framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing,
and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. Experience in the Payments domain is considered a strong advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python or Robot Framework.
Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects.
Ensure test coverage across functional, regression, and integration testing.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of automation frameworks.
Document test cases, results, and defects in a structured manner.
Provide clear and actionable feedback to stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior QA team members to build a high-performing automation culture.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Python or Robot Framework for test automation.
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks
