What are we looking for?

Graduate in any stream.
Experience in the UK Pension- Commercial Property




Open to flexible shifts based on business requirements.
Good verbal & written communication skills
Good typing skill and attention to detail.
Good time management skills. Ability work independently
Up to 7 years of experience in UK Pension domain – Commercial Property (preferred).
Experience in managing day-to-day activities related to commercial property within Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) schemes. This includes processing acquisitions, disposals, lease transactions, inspections, and responding to technical and client servicing enquiries.
Subject Matter Expert/ Trainer with 4+ years of experience in remote transitions, developing quality checklists, performing RCA, and developing action plans to improve quality performance
Knowledge of MS Office Tools. Roles and Responsibilities:
Process property acquisitions and disposals within SIPP portfolios, including document collation, due diligence coordination, and system updates.
