intelligent technologies and talent KYC Corporate involves verifying the identity and legitimacy of businesses to comply with regulations and prevent fraud. This includes collecting and validating information such as company registration documents, ownership details, and financial records. The goal is to ensure that businesses are legitimate and trustworthy. Key tasks involves- Business Entity Verification, Risk Assessment of Business Client, Compliance with business-specific regulations, documentation & reporting for business accounts and ongoing monitoring of business relationships. Understand & implement laws, and regulations designed to stop the practice of generating income through illegal actions during transfer of funds. Anti Money Laundering law covers limited number of transactions and criminal behaviors to prevent terrorist financing and money laundering and compliance programs, including know-your-customer (KYC) rules.
