Educational Qualification: MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and execution-oriented professional to support the successful delivery of Management and Leadership programs across online, blended, and offline learning environments. The role will focus on coordinating content development, reviewing academic materials, ensuring delivery readiness, supporting facilitators and subject matter experts, and maintaining high standards of learner experience.



The incumbent will also contribute to training, mentoring, and enabling facilitators and junior team members to ensure consistent academic delivery across programs.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the end-to-end execution of assigned Management and Leadership programs.

Review presentations, case studies, assessments, assignments, and learning resources to ensure quality, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with curriculum objectives.

Collaborate with SMEs, freelancers, faculty, and instructional designers to ensure timely development and review of academic content.

Monitor content development schedules and ensure adherence to project timelines.

Ensure academic content readiness before program launch, including session plans, assessments, learner handbooks, facilitator guides, and LMS uploads.

Support facilitators during program delivery by providing academic and operational guidance.
