Roles & Responsibilities:
Process Controller expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Testers ensure the quality of RPA, Fusion, Messaging, and IVR solutions by preparing and executing test documentation, including plans, cases, and reports.
Need to handle system testing, UAT support, defect logging, and setting setup, while working closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
