Lead the development and implementation of frameworks that promote responsible AI practices within projects.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team understanding of ethical AI principles.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster qualified growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
Strong knowledge of AI system evaluation techniques focused on ethical and responsible AI standards.
Experience in designing and implementing mitigation strategies to address AI system risks.
