Job Summary:

As an AI & Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering intelligent automation solutions for enterprise clients across digital platforms and large-scale distributed systems. Your typical day will involve developing AI/ML and GenAI models, integrating solutions through APIs and automation frameworks, building scalable data pipelines, and collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions. You will help improve operational automation,



decision support, workflow optimization, service reliability, network operations, and customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design and build AI-driven automation solutions for enterprise clients across digital platforms and distributed systems.

Develop and deploy machine learning and GenAI models for operational automation, decision support, and workflow optimization.

Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems using APIs, automation frameworks, orchestration tools, and system integration practices.

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and model evaluation processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to define requirements and deliver production-ready solutions.

Apply AI and automation techniques to improve service reliability, network operations, platform performance, and customer experience.
