What would you do? The Learning & Development Content – Senior Analyst (CL10) is responsible for designing, developing,
and maintaining high-quality learning content aligned to instructional design standards and business objectives. The role independently delivers learning assets across digital, virtual, and blended formats, ensuring instructional accuracy, learner engagement, and compliance with quality and accessibility standards. This role collaborates with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions. Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees skills and career growth. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce.
