UT Sarees has delivered over 10 lakh sarees across India, built a community of more than 730,000 followers on Instagram, and operates 8 stores across 5 cities including Varanasi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune. The collection spans pure silk, Banarasi silk, tissue, georgette, organza, and ready-to-wear options, from everyday sarees under ₹2,000 to premium handwoven pieces, each design checked personally before reaching customers. UT Sarees aims to grow to 100 stores, putting organized, trustworthy retail in the hands of weavers and ensuring fair, transparent craftsmanship for buyers and retailers.
Role Description This is a full time, on-site Salesperson role based in Thane. The Salesperson will welcome customers, understand their preferences,



and guide them through Banarasi saree collections, explaining fabric types, designs, pricing, and care instructions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays, ensuring the store is clean and organized, managing inventory updates, and supporting billing and packaging. The role involves achieving sales targets, building long-term customer relationships, and providing an exceptional in-store experience aligned with UT Sarees’ direct-from-weaver values. The Salesperson will collaborate with the store team, share customer feedback with management, and participate in promotions or in-store events as needed.
