Role Description The Social Media Manager will oversee Pepchat’s presence across major social platforms, managing daily posting, community engagement, and brand storytelling. This full-time, in office role in Hyderabad involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and editing content, and optimizing posts for reach and interaction. The person in this role will monitor trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to grow user acquisition and retention.



They will respond to user comments and messages, collaborate with product and design teams on launch campaigns, and maintain a consistent tone aligned with Pepchat’s brand. The Social Media Manager will also prepare regular reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
Ability to plan and execute Social Media Marketing campaigns, with experience in Social Media Optimization (SMO) to improve reach and engagement.
Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and platform-appropriate content.
Experience developing and implementing Content Strategy aligned with product and brand goals.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Twitter/X analytics, Instagram Insights) and data-driven optimization.
Demonstrated experience managing brand or community accounts, preferably in consumer apps or social platforms.
