What would you do? Client Financial Management (CFM) is responsible for delivering business advisory services to Accenture client teams throughout the lifecycle of a contract.
As a Client Financial Management Specialist, you might spend your day:
Providing strategic decision-making support, analysis, and advice to client engagement teams to maximize the profitability of engagements.
Fostering a collaborative setting across commercial functions, account leadership, and finance organization to communicate the position of contract or account financials.
Budgeting & forecasting, providing advisory services to client and corporate leadership teams enabling them to meet the organization goals.
Guiding and leading a small team of finance professionals’ from across the globe, reviewing deliverables. Client Financial Management involves overseeing and managing the financial aspects of client accounts. This includes Revenue assurance , budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
