Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Analytics to lead our Talent and Organization analytics team. This role will redefine the future of organizational capability by harnessing the power of GenAI, fostering a culture of innovation,

Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of analytical projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics solutions with business processes.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
Client Engagement & Solution Development
Design and implement advanced analytics solutions to address key talent and organizational challenges.
Develop data-driven solutions and insights to support areas like Org Culture, Change Management, Operating Model and Organization Design, HR Transformation, Talent Strategy and Skill
