Principal Duties And Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager in Social Services, you will play a critical role in driving client engagements and delivering measurable outcomes. Senior Managers are expected to serve as trusted advisors and domain experts,



drive strategic initiatives, and mentor teams to deliver client excellence.

Shape and direct large-scale social services and human services transformation programs across jurisdictions, ensuring alignment with reform priorities, policy mandates, equity goals, and long-term outcomes for individuals, families, and communities.
Act as a strategic advisor to government and agency executives, influencing social services modernization agendas, policy frameworks, operating models, and investment strategies for system improvement.
Sponsor and govern multi-million-dollar programs, providing oversight on delivery excellence, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and value realization across technology, operations, service delivery, and policy workstreams.
Drive innovation in social services by embedding data-driven decision-making, integrated service delivery models, case management modernization, and emerging technologies
