About the Role

HCLTech is looking for an experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant to join our growing SAP practice in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Security, SAP Fiori Security, SAP GRC Access Control, Access Governance, Audit & Compliance, SAP Security Testing, and SAP BTP Security.

This role offers an opportunity to work on large-scale SAP transformation, S/4HANA conversion, and access governance initiatives while collaborating with global teams and enterprise customers to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable SAP security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Security & Authorization Management

- Drive SAP role design, role redesign, and authorization strategy initiatives using task-based and least-privilege security principles.
- Support security activities for SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversion, upgrade, and migration programs.
- Conduct authorization analysis and resolve medium to complex SAP security issues across business processes.
- Translate business requirements into robust authorization and security concepts.
- Design, build,



and maintain SAP security roles in alignment with business and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5 to 15 years of experience in SAP Security and GRC.
- Strong expertise in:
- SAP S/4HANA Security
- SAP Fiori Security
- SAP GRC Access Control
- SAP Security Testing
- Compliance & Audit Management
- SAP BTP Security
- Recent experience (within the last two years) in SAP role design and role redesign initiatives.
- Hands-on experience supporting SAP S/4HANA conversion, migration, or upgrade projects.
- Proven expertise in authorization concepts, role-based security, and governance controls.
- Strong experience with Firefighter access management and audit remediation activities.
- Experience conducting access reviews, certification campaigns, and compliance reporting.
- Ability to resolve complex security and access governance issues.
- Robust understanding of SAP business processes and security integration points.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
