Job Title: Senior SAP PI PO Consultant

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Senior SAP PO Consultant with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting complex enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP PI/PO 7.5, integration architecture, interface development, mapping technologies, adapter configurations, and migration of legacy integrations to SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

Key Responsibilities

Integration Architecture & Design

- Design and develop enterprise integration solutions for SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Create high-level technical specifications, integration designs, and architecture documents.
- Support complex integration landscapes involving S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and third-party applications.

SAP PI/PO Development

- Develop and maintain integration scenarios using SAP PI/PO 7.5.
- Design and configure ESR and Integration Directory (ID) objects.
- Develop interfaces using NWDS, ESR, and Integration Directory.

Adapters & Protocols

- Configure and support adapters including:

- REST

- SOAP

- SFTP

- JDBC

- IDoc

- RFC
- Implement and support B2B/EDI integrations using AS2 and EDI Separator.

Mapping Development

- Develop and maintain complex integration mappings using:

- Message Mapping

- Java Mapping

- XSLT Mapping

Troubleshooting & Support

- Analyze, troubleshoot,



and resolve complex production issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of integration incidents.
- Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical interfaces.

SAP CPI Migration

- Lead migration activities from SAP PI/PO to SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
- Assess existing interfaces and recommend modernization and optimization strategies.

IT Service Management & Process Excellence

- Work within ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- Utilize ITSM tools such as ServiceNow for support and operational activities.
- Drive operational improvements and efficiencies through process standardization, automation, and implementation of robust controls.
- Develop and implement monitoring, tools, and automation solutions to improve support effectiveness and system reliability.
