Role Description The SAP PM Trainer role at Thinkcloudly is a part-time, remote position focused on delivering high-quality training in SAP Plant Maintenance and related business processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and conducting live online training sessions, creating instructional materials, and developing practical use cases and hands-on exercises for learners.

The trainer will explain SAP PM concepts, guide learners through project implementation scenarios, and support them with doubts and queries via virtual channels. Additional tasks may include assessing learner performance, updating course content to align with current SAP practices,



and collaborating with the training team to improve curriculum and learner outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess SAP Project Management and Project Implementation skills, with experience in planning, executing, and monitoring SAP PM-related initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Plant Maintenance and Business Process skills, including a strong understanding of maintenance workflows, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into clear, practical training examples.
- Experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in SAP or related IT domains, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear, accessible manner.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, comfort with remote teaching tools, and the ability to engage diverse learners in a virtual setting.
- Relevant academic background or professional certifications in SAP or IT fields; SAP PM certification or equivalent hands-on expertise is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, manage part-time schedules effectively, and update learning materials to reflect current SAP best practices.
