Role Responsibilities

Manage and lead SAP Contract Management activities.

Monitor customer consumption against contractual commitments.





Identify consumption risks, adoption gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Drive governance reporting, dashboards, and executive insights.

Collaborate with Customer Delivery Managers, Cloud Architects, Finance, Commercial Operations, and technical teams.

Support customer success, contract compliance, and revenue assurance initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience in SAP Basis, SAP Cloud Operations, Contract Governance, or Delivery Governance.

Strong understanding of SAP HANA, S/4HANA environments, and SAP landscapes.

Experience with cloud platforms and customer-facing governance activities.

Solid analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
