About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-U FICA Consultant with robust Utilities domain experience to manage and support SAP Enterprise Portal applications.

Must Have Skills :

- SAP IS-U FICA / FI-CA
- Strong Utilities domain experience
- BP/CA, Payment Lots & Clearing
- Dunning, Interest/Charges & Write-Offs
- Correspondence, Payment Mediums & Mass Activities
- Reconciliation & FI/GL support
- SAP ABAP BAdI, User Exit, Forms, Reports
- SPRO / SAP Configuration
- Incident Management & RCA
- Batch Job Monitoring
- SAP Enterprise Portal (EP)

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize SAP FICA processes to meet specific utility industry requirements, ensuring alignment with financial reporting standards.




- Lead the design and implementation of billing and invoicing workflows within SAP IS-U to enhance revenue cycle management for clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SproutCore frameworks and other front-end interfaces with SAP back-end systems for improved user experience.
- Perform rigorous system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to resolve complex configuration issues and ensure system stability.
- Provide functional guidance to junior consultants and business users, facilitating knowledge transfer to ensure long-term system maintainability.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps and implement SAP best practices that drive operational excellence and cost reduction.
