Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP / Integration Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level SAP solutions and integration architectures that connect SAP and non-SAP business applications.

This role requires deep expertise in SAP technologies, enterprise integration platforms, and solution architecture. The ideal candidate will translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams across IT, Finance, Operations, and business stakeholders.

This is a technical leadership role focused on driving digital transformation through robust integration strategies, seamless data exchange, and optimized SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Architecture & Solution Design

- Design end-to-end SAP integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP applications.
- Develop enterprise integration architecture and technical solution blueprints.
- Implement integration solutions using SAP technologies including SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP BTP, IDocs, RFCs, APIs, and OData services.
- Define integration standards, best practices, governance, and reusable frameworks.
- Ensure integration solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture principles.

Technical Leadership
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead integration design, development, testing, deployment, and implementation activities.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
- Ensure high system performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Support SAP upgrades, migrations, landscape transformations, and modernization initiatives.

Integration Support & Optimization
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide long-term solutions.




- Perform root cause analysis for production incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Optimize existing integration interfaces to improve performance and reliability.
- Support production systems and participate in incident resolution activities.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
- Develop technical architecture documentation, interface specifications, and solution design documents.
- Maintain integration flow diagrams and operational runbooks.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and mentor technical teams.
- Stay current with SAP technologies, integration trends, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.

Experience
- 10+ years of SAP technical architecture and integration experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), and SAP Integration Suite.
- Strong experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale integration solutions.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, OData, and middleware platforms.
- Strong understanding of SAP IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and SAP data structures.
- Experience leading integration projects from architecture through production deployment.

Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Integration certifications (SAP CPI, PI/PO, or SAP Integration Suite).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud and hybrid integration landscapes.
- Experience with Dell Boomi, MuleSoft,



or other enterprise integration platforms.
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP UI5.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Industry experience within Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or Retail.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
