ArcelorMittal is looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to support SAP S/4HANA implementation and AMS/support projects. The candidate will be responsible for configuring and supporting SAP HCM modules including Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), and Payroll (PY). The role requires expertise in workforce management, payroll processing, statutory compliance, shift planning, and HR process optimization.

Roles & Responsibilities

SAP HCM Configuration & Implementation

- Configure and support SAP Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), and Payroll (PY).
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including hiring, promotions, transfers, and separations.
- Configure shift scheduling, attendance tracking, overtime management, and leave administration.
- Implement payroll processes including wage types, deductions, statutory compliance, and payroll posting.
- Design and support employee incentive and bonus programs.
- Implement and support Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) functionalities.

SAP S/4HANA Integration




- Integrate SAP HCM with SAP FI/CO for payroll accounting and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with SAP PS and PM teams to track labor costs and workforce allocation.
- Support integration with SAP SuccessFactors for recruitment and talent management.
- Work closely with SAP EHS for employee safety and compliance requirements.
- Integrate Time Management with biometric and access control systems.

Process Optimization
- Automate payroll and statutory compliance processes.
- Improve workforce planning and HR analytics.
- Utilize SAP Fiori applications for attendance management, approvals, and HR dashboards.
- Streamline shift planning and overtime management.
- Automate leave request and approval workflows.

Support & Training
- Provide L1/L2/L3 support for SAP HCM applications.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with business users.
- Work on SAP OSS Notes, enhancements, and change requests.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and performance optimization.
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare SOPs, user guides, and process documentation.
