Duration: 12 months

Context The client is looking for an experienced SAP UI5 / Fiori Developer to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing and enhancing modern SAP Fiori applications, delivering intuitive and scalable user experiences aligned with SAP UX standards.

Working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants and backend developers, the consultant will develop high-quality SAPUI5 applications and extend standard SAP Fiori applications to support evolving business requirements.

Main Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain custom SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5.

Develop applications using both Free Style SAPUI5 and Fiori Elements.

Implement the Flexible Programming Model (FPM) for advanced SAP Fiori application scenarios.

Develop Fiori Elements applications, including:

List Report

Object Page

Analytical List Page

Extend standard SAP Fiori applications using SAP's extensibility framework and Key User Extensibility.

Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and application designs.

Troubleshoot, analyse and resolve UI-related issues.

Integrate SAP Fiori applications with SAP S/4HANA and external systems through OData services.

Deploy and maintain applications within SAP BTP Cloud Foundry environments.

Contribute to Agile development activities and deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines.





Produce and maintain technical documentation.

Profile

Proven experience developing SAP UI5 and SAP Fiori applications within SAP S/4HANA environments.

Robust understanding of SAP UX principles and modern application design.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within international Agile teams.

Good communication and technical documentation skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with UI mock-up and prototyping tools such as Figma.

Knowledge of SAP BTP CAP and full-stack application development.

Familiarity with ABAP Cloud.

Experience with data modelling and service modelling for enterprise applications.

SAP certification in SAPUI5, SAP Fiori, ABAP, or a related SAP technology.
