TCS is looking for experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultants with robust expertise in Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), SAP S/4HANA implementations, and financial process transformation. The role involves configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP FICO solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize finance and controlling processes.

Key Skills Required

Strong experience in SAP FI and CO modules

Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation, rollout, and support projects

Expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting

Strong knowledge of Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing,



and Profitability Analysis (COPA)

Experience in Financial Closing, Month-End and Year-End Activities

Hands-on experience in New GL, Parallel Accounting, and Universal Journal

Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance processes and best practices

Experience in integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, PS, and Treasury modules

Knowledge of SAP Fiori Apps and Embedded Analytics for Finance

Experience in Interfaces, Data Migration, LSMW/BDC, and Cutover Activities

Experience in Requirement Gathering, Fit-Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, UAT, and Go-Live Support

Knowledge of Central Finance (CFIN), Group Reporting, and FSCM is an added advantage

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
