HCM - BIB

Configure and manage SAP BIB for SuccessFactors and SAP HCM integration.

Handle bidirectional interfaces for data replication and migration between SF and HCM.

Create mapping sheets and develop logic for integration scenarios.

Work with ABAP developers and functional teams for end-to-end delivery.

Understand Employee Central (EC) and related prerequisites for integration.

Provide guidance on configuration and functional aspects of HCM and SF.

SuccessFactors Employee Central (People Connect)

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central modules for global HR processes.

Work with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable configuration solutions.

Perform end-to-end configuration for EC components such as Foundation Objects, Position Management, Workflows, MDF, Background Element, Business Rules, Data Models, Event Reason Derivations, Global Assignments, RBP, Time Off, etc.

Support integration design between Employee Central and downstream HR/Payroll systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA)
