Roles & Responsibilities

SAP EHS Configuration & Implementation

- Configure and support SAP EHS Incident Management, Risk Management, and Compliance processes.
- Implement Occupational Health Management for employee health monitoring and exposure tracking.
- Configure Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Monitoring processes.
- Manage Hazardous Substance Management including MSDS and chemical safety compliance.
- Define and implement Audit Management and Compliance Reporting processes.
- Support safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

SAP S/4HANA Integration
- Integrate SAP EHS with SAP PM for equipment safety and maintenance processes.
- Collaborate with SAP HCM to manage employee training, certifications, and medical records.
- Work with SAP MM and WM for hazardous material procurement, storage, and disposal.
- Support integration with SAP PP for production-related risk assessments.
- Enable automated compliance reporting and workflow-based approvals.

Process Improvement & Digitalization
- Optimize incident reporting and risk assessment processes.
- Implement mobile-enabled safety reporting solutions.
- Utilize SAP Fiori applications for safety monitoring and compliance dashboards.




- Support workflow automation and emergency response management.
- Drive continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives.

Support & Training
- Provide L1/L2/L3 support for SAP EHS applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with SAP support teams.
- Work on SAP OSS Notes, enhancements, and change requests.
- Support upgrades, testing, and system performance optimization.
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-transfer materials.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6-8 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP EHS.
- Minimum 1 end-to-end Implementation and 1 AMS/Support project experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA EHS modules.
- Experience integrating SAP EHS with PM, MM, WM, PP, and HCM.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori Apps, IDocs, Interfaces, and Workflow Management.
- Robust understanding of occupational safety, environmental compliance, and risk management processes.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience in Mining, Metals, Manufacturing, or Heavy Industry will be an added advantage.Role & responsibilities
