About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP CO (Controlling) Consultant with strong consulting experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in SAP CO implementations, configuration, integration with other SAP modules, and end-to-end project delivery.
Candidates with excellent client-facing skills and implementation experience in consulting environments are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in full SAP project lifecycles including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Configure and customize SAP CO to meet business requirements.
Analyze business processes and recommend SAP CO solutions.
Prepare Functional Specifications for custom developments, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
Support testing activities, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP MM and SAP SD consultants.
Develop and maintain SAP master data standards.
Resolve complex business and system issues through detailed analysis.
Ensure project delivery follows SAP implementation methodologies and ITIL best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP CO.
Minimum 3–4 years of consulting experience.
Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP CO implementation projects .
Robust SAP CO configuration skills.
Experience integrating SAP CO with SAP MM and/or SAP SD.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and interact with global clients.
Willingness to learn additional SAP modules and business processes.
