Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP CO Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Controlling (CO) and mandatory end-to-end implementation experience. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (COPA), Internal Orders, and integration with FI, MM, SD, and PP modules. Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in end-to-end SAP CO implementation, rollout, and support projects.
- Conduct business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and process workshops.
- Configure and support SAP CO modules including:

- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)

- Internal Orders (IO)

- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)

- Product Costing (PC)

- Profitability Analysis (COPA)

- Cost Element Accounting
- Design and configure Assessment and Distribution Cycles.
- Work on Cost Planning, Budgeting, Allocations, Settlement Processes, and Variance Analysis.




- Collaborate with FI, MM, SD, PP, and other functional teams for integration requirements.
- Prepare Functional Specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
- Perform Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT support, and Go-Live activities.
- Provide post-go-live support and resolve business-critical issues.
- Prepare project documentation, process flows, and user training materials.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of SAP CO consulting experience.
- Mandatory experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.

- Cost Center Accounting

- Internal Orders

- Product Costing

- COPA (Profitability Analysis)

- Profit Center Accounting

- Cost Allocations and Settlements
- Strong understanding of FI-CO integration.
- Experience working with MM, SD, and PP integration scenarios.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
- Experience with Material Ledger and Actual Costing.
- Knowledge of Margin Analysis in S/4HANA.
- SAP Fiori exposure.
- SAP Certification in CO or S/4HANA Finance
