Key Responsibilities

✅ End-to-end SAP Customer Data Platform (SAP CDP) implementation

✅ Design customer data models, identity resolution, and data unification strategies

✅ Build customer segmentation and audience activation frameworks

✅ Integrate SAP CDP with SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Sales & Service Cloud, CRM, ERP, and third-party applications

✅ Develop batch & real-time data ingestion pipelines using REST APIs, JSON,



and SAP Integration Suite (CPI)

✅ Implement customer data governance, consent management, and privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA)

✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver Customer 360 and personalization solutions
