We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM Convergent Charging Functional Consultant to design, configure, test, and support rating and charging solutions for subscription-based, recurring, one-time, and usage-based commercial models.

The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience in SAP Convergent Charging, including charge plans, rate plans, pricing logic, rating algorithms, counters, allowances, discounts, usage-event processing, refill logic, and integration with SAP SOM, SAP Convergent Invoicing, and external usage sources.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure SAP Convergent Charging components, including charge plans, rate plans, chargeable item classes, mapping tables, pricing tables, and rating rules.
- Design and support recurring, one-time, usage-based, volume-based, tiered, threshold-based, discount, allowance, and bundled pricing models.
- Configure counters, refill logic, usage-event rating, rerating, and charge-calculation logic.




- Support integration with SAP Subscription Order Management for subscription and contract data.
- Support integration with SAP Convergent Invoicing for billable-item creation and downstream billing.
- Work with external mediation, usage-collection, and event-processing systems.
- Analyze usage-event structures, rating inputs, pricing outputs, and billable items to ensure charging accuracy.
- Prepare and execute test scenarios covering rating rules, pricing exceptions, edge cases, and high-volume event processing.
- Troubleshoot rating errors, failed charging transactions, incorrect charge calculations, and integration defects.
- Prepare functional and technical configuration documents, rating test scripts, scenario matrices, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Collaborate with pricing, product, finance, billing, SOM, CI, and technical integration teams.
- Support cutover activities, go-live validation, and post-production hypercare.
