– SAP HANA DBA, S/4HANA Administration, Performance Optimization

Location: PAN India

We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA DBA with strong expertise in S/4HANA landscapes to manage SAP HANA database administration, optimize database performance, and support mission-critical SAP workloads.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and upgrade SAP HANA systems.
- Manage SAP HANA databases across S/4HANA and BW/4HANA landscapes.
- Perform system refreshes, tenant management, and database copy activities.
- Monitor database health using SAP HANA Studio and SAP HANA Cockpit.
- Analyze and optimize SAP HANA database performance, including memory, CPU, and SQL execution.
- Manage table partitioning and implement data aging concepts.
- Perform database sizing and capacity planning.
- Configure and manage SAP HANA System Replication.




- Support backup, restore, and disaster recovery (DR) testing activities.
- Collaborate closely with the SAP Basis team.
- Support transports, system upgrades, migrations, and S/4HANA conversion activities.
- Troubleshoot SAP performance issues related to the database layer.

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience in SAP HANA Database Administration.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HANA architecture and performance tuning.
- Experience with SAP HANA System Replication and backup strategies.
- Exposure to S/4HANA environments.
- Valuable understanding of Linux operating systems.
