Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Lucknow. The Salesperson will engage with walk-in customers, understand their photography needs, and recommend suitable Canon camera models and related products.

Daily responsibilities include demonstrating product features, explaining pricing and promotions, preparing invoices, and processing payments. The role also involves maintaining product displays, tracking stock levels, coordinating with the inventory team, and following up with customers for after-sales support. The Salesperson will be expected to meet sales targets,



record customer interactions, and contribute to a positive and professional store atmosphere.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with a wide range of customers.
- Sales and negotiation skills, including experience working toward targets and converting inquiries into purchases.
- Basic product knowledge of cameras and photography equipment, with a willingness to learn technical features and stay updated on new models.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customers, maintain store presentation, and manage documentation efficiently.
- Comfort with basic computer operations and point-of-sale systems for billing, inventory checks, and record keeping.
- Ability to work in office in Lucknow during retail business hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in retail sales, electronics, or photography-related products is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
