Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Tirunelveli. The Salesperson will engage directly with walk-in customers, explain available IT and e-service offerings, and help them choose suitable solutions based on their needs. Daily activities include greeting customers, answering questions, demonstrating services, processing sales, and maintaining accurate records of transactions.

The role also involves handling basic documentation,



coordinating with internal teams to fulfill service requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Salesperson is expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, follow company procedures, and contribute to meeting sales targets.

Qualifications Robust customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully.

Basic knowledge of information technology or e-services, and willingness to learn company-specific offerings.

Ability to handle cash, digital payments, and maintain accurate sales records.

Proficiency in spoken and written communication in local languages and basic English.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time on-site in Tirunelveli.

Prior experience in sales, retail, or service-oriented roles is an advantage but not mandatory.

Minimum educational qualification of high school completion or equivalent.

Comfort with using computers and mobile devices for service registration and billing.
