What would you do? The Payroll Analyst will be responsible to manage end to end payroll for client as an SME by making sure payroll is processed Accurate and On-time. Payroll involves managing and overseeing all aspects of the payroll process,
from input submission to employee payout, with the goal of ensuring accurate and timely employee and statutory payments. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong stakeholder management Design processes for performing payroll preparation, pay-slip calculation, post-payroll registration (e.g. accounting booking, payments, social security), recurring statutory forms submission.
What are we looking for? "
Minimum 3-5 year of in-depth experience/knowledge in Payroll for Australia region in Supermarket/Retail sector Knowledge of following systems i.e. SAP, SuccessFactors, Kronos.
Strong practical experience managing end-to-end Australian payroll processing, including: - PAYG withholding - Superannuation (including SuperStream compliance) - Leave accruals and termination payments
Should have valuable understanding on Payroll Controls/Checks to make sure Payroll is 100% accurate i
