We are looking for a skilled and proactive Enterprise Architect Manager to join our Technology Strategy & Advisory team. This role is central to executing our clients' technology strategies and enabling business transformation. As an EA Manager, you will work closely with business and IT leaders to define and implement enterprise architecture roadmaps. You will be responsible for translating high-level business requirements into actionable architectural designs and ensuring alignment between various technology initiatives. This position requires a blend of hands-on architectural experience, robust project management skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Vision
Support the analysis of business and operating models, market trends, and technology disruptions to determine their impact on enterprise strategy and architecture.
Support in formulating comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies and roadmaps that align with clients' business goals, focusing on revenue growth, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and sustainability.
Provide guidance to clients on their technology landscape, including business capabilities, applications, data, and infrastructure.
Stakeholder Engagement and Alignment
Facilitate alignment between business and IT stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are in agreement on the architectural direction and priorities.
Engage with product managers, product owners, and delivery teams to provide architectural guidance and ensure solutions are consistent with the enterprise architecture.
Present architectural concepts and designs to technical and non-technical audiences, effectively communicating the value and implications of design decisions.
