Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Data Migration Lead to plan, execute, and govern end-to-end data migration activities for SAP S/4HANA implementations. The role focuses on Finance (FICO) data objects and requires close collaboration with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure accurate, complete,



and timely migration of financial data. The role demands proven expertise in delivering end-to-end SAP data migration solutions, particularly for complex, large-scale transformation programs. Candidates with robust industry exposure across Manufacturing, Retail, CMT and Consumer Goods will be highly valued.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end data migration for SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) modules

Define and own the data migration strategy, approach, and roadmap

Identify, analyze, and validate FICO data objects (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, etc.)

Design and manage data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities

Work closely with Finance business stakeholders to validate data quality and reconciliation

Coordinate mock conversions, test cycles, and cutover activities

Develop and execute data reconciliation and validation reports
