What would you do? The eCommerce Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing and scaling content and catalog operations across owned channels and eRetailer / 3P marketplaces.



This role will oversee end-to-end CMS update operations, content adaptation, and product information management workflows to ensure timely and high-quality activation of offers, campaigns, and product content across digital commerce platforms. The role requires strong domain expertise in eCommerce operations, experience managing large-scale content operations, and the ability to drive SLA adherence, operational quality, and stakeholder alignment.

What are we looking for? Domain Expertise

Strong eCommerce domain knowledge, including marketplace and owned channel operations.
Understanding of digital commerce workflows from content creation to activation. Platform Experience Experience working with:
CMS platforms
PIM tools (e.g., Inriver, Salsify, Magento etc)
eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shoppe, Amazon, Rakuten etc)
Digital Asset Management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager / Adobe DAM) Operational Leadership
