Summary:
As an L&P; Test Automation Architect, you will play a crucial role in the next phase of our Agile Transformation, aimed at providing top-tier services to our customers and enhancing our system landscape. As a member of our Testing Tools Team, you will be responsible for developing and enabling our internal test automation platform. Your focus will be on creating solutions that empower our agile delivery teams to produce effective,
high-quality test automation scripts for load and performance testing. Additionally, you will support, coach, and train test engineers in the effective use of test automation tools and processes in their daily work.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance the existing open-source-based L&P; framework, focusing on core components such as JMeter, Gatling, Grafana, Dynatrace, and CI/CD pipelines.
Continuously improve the current load and performance (LP) framework by integrating AI-based solutions to optimize testing efficiency and accuracy.
Evaluate and incorporate new tools and technologies to keep the framework up-to-date and effective.
Train and coach test automation engineers on best practices for load and performance test automation.
Develop training materials and conduct workshops to ensure team members are proficient with the tools and methodologies.
